NGCI Lemon Cake

A classic School Cake sponge infused with lemon and topped with lemon glace icing -made with no gluten containing ingredients! These cakes are made in an environment where gluten products are produced so may contain traces. 

Ingredients: Icing Sugar, Rice Flour, Sugar, EGG, Vegetable Oils (Rapeseed, Palm, Sunflower), Lemon Juice, Water, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Maize Flour, Raising Agents (Calcium Phosphates, Sodium Carbonates), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Lemon Extract, Salt, Tricalcium phosphate E341, Emulsifiers (Lecithin, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Citric Acid, Colouring (Carotene), Natural Flavouring, Vitamins (A,D)
