These are our NGCI (No Gluten Containing Ingredients) range on our shop page, and may still contain traces.

Once delivered you will typically have 7 days to eat the cakes fresh, each box will have a Best Before date inside. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months.

All orders have a tracking code attached once they are fulfilled. This can be found in your dispatch confirmation and can be used on Royal Mail's Tracking page.

All of our bakes are fine to freeze for up to 3 months in an air tight container.

All of our traybakes are cut into 12 slices each approximately 7x6cm. The tarts are 11" in diameter when whole and again are cut into 12 slices.
